Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our priority.
If we made a mistake on your ID Tag (typo, missing info, etc.), or your product arrived damaged, we are happy to replace the product at no cost to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is damaged, please send us a photograph of the damaged area. We will replace any items damaged at no additional cost.
Wrong Product Shipped/Missing Items
If we ship the wrong product, send us a photo showing how the product differs from what was ordered and we will replace or refund any such items at no additional cost. If there are missing items in an order please tell us the items that are missing and we will send the missing item.
Design Issues
If you have any other complaint regarding the design printed on a product, please send us a photo. Credits, refunds, or reprints will be issued at the sole discretion of Safer Puppy if the printed design differs substantially from the artwork that was submitted. We will investigate every case and will work to provide a resolution that satisfies you.
Refund Term Limits
Refund and exchange claims will only be accepted within 30 days of order processing. No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@saferpuppy.com.
Design Uploads
Safer Puppy store is not liable for printing or delivery delays related to complications arising from flawed designs being uploaded. We are not liable for any monetary loss or damages arising from the inability to produce or ship infringing or illegal content.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK CLAIMS
By uploading or saving a design in the product you agree that:
1. You hold the rights to commercially reproduce this design.
2. You also release Safer Puppy from any claims made as a result of any property right infringement.
3. You understand that infringement of property rights is illegal. If you have any doubt as to the legal ownership of a design you should check with the rightful owner that you are able to use the design before uploading.
4. You understand that Safer Puppy acts under your instructions and are not obligated in any way to check or confirm the legal use of reproducing any designs.
5. You agree to indemnify and defend Safer Puppy for any claims made as a result of alleged infringements including copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, or other intellectual property claims, including any payments for damages sustained by a claimant and attorneys’ fees incurred by you to defend against any claims made.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Safer Puppy reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
